We are happy to have students volunteer to fulfil community service hours!
What is there to do? As a new company, there are a number of posts available, why not talk to our
HR staff they will speak to you about your interests and help you to select the right place for you within the organisation.
Group Facilitators/Mentors - Volunteers are needed to teach
others about Mental Health illnesses and dispel Stigma to groups of both users and carers. Also, be able to express themselves
to any member of the public with an interest in the subject. These volunteers may also require additional teaching or training.
Support Group Workers & Facilitators - Volunteers are
needed to facilitate support groups for both Mental Health Users and cares. These volunteers may require additional training.
Grant Researching/Writing - Student Volunteers needed to
assist and work with the various individuals in writing and applying for grants, etc.
General
Volunteer - Volunteers available to help with unanticipated or irregular tasks as they arrive.
Clerical Staff - Volunteers need to assist with clerical tasks, designing handouts, fliers
or leaflets etc.
Special Projects Workers - Volunteers
needed to assist with various duties for fundraising and special events or website developing, updating and managing.
Youth Volunteers - Students are encouraged to volunteer doing office
work, help with mailings, preparing materials for sessions and computer data entry.

visit the office (if in easy distance) or we will send out a Volunteer application form. This needs to be completed and returned
to the office as soon as possible.
